Premiile Oscar 2023. Comedia Everything Everywhere All at Once are şanse să câştige cele mai râvnite statuete, inclusiv pentru cel mai bun film şi regizor sau actori în rolurile principale. Luptă cu o tragi-comedie, The Banshees of Inisherin, despre doi prieteni care decid...să nu uite că s-au cunoscut. Deja câştigător al unui Glob de Aur, Collin Farrell speră să câştige şi primul său premiu Oscar. 

Tot 9 nominalizări a obţinut şi drama All Quiet on the Western Front - un film german epic antirăzboi. Şanse la Oscar are şi filmul despre viaţa Regelui Rock n' Roll, Elvis Presley, iar Austin Butler, cel care intră în pielea lui Elvis, poate pune mâna pe statueta pentru cel mai bun actor. 

Faimosul Top Gun Maverick a strâns şi el 6 nominalizări, inclusiv cea pentru cel mai bun film al anului. Cel mai recent film Avatar şi ultimul film al lui Brad Pitt, Babylon, au şi ele şanse la un Oscar, la fel şi Rihanna, care a primit prima ei nominalizare, la categoria pentru cel mai bun cântec original.

Nominalizările la Oscar 2023 au fost anunțate astăzi, marți, 24 ianuarie. Riz Ahmed și Alison Williams au prezentat marii favoriţi într-un eveniment care a avut loc la Samuel Goldwyn Theatre din Beverly Hills, California. Cea de-a 95 gală a premiilor Oscar va avea loc luni, 13 martie.
